1.1  These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 88lucky.ph ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 88lucky.ph website located at 88luckyph.co, including all sub-pages, services, games, tools, and content made available through the platform.

1.2  By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise interacting with any feature of 88lucky.ph, you unconditionally accept these Terms, along with any additional policies incorporated by reference herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

1.3  These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings between you and 88lucky.ph with respect to the subject matter hereof, whether oral or written.

1.4  If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

2.1  To be eligible to register for and use an 88lucky.ph account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the platform;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or affiliate of 88lucky.ph or its holding companies, subsidiaries, or related entities;
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes only;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or involuntary, from 88lucky.ph or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform;
• You have not been previously suspended or permanently banned from 88lucky.ph for any reason.

2.2  88lucky.ph reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2.3  Players who circumvent geographic restrictions through the use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), proxies, or similar technology to access 88lucky.ph from outside the Philippines do so in violation of these Terms. Any winnings generated through such access may be forfeited, and the account may be terminated.

3.1  To access the full features of 88lucky.ph, including the ability to deposit funds and place wagers, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested.

3.2  One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on 88lucky.ph. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under the same mobile number, government ID number, financial account, device, or IP address — are prohibited and subject to immediate termination. All balances associated with duplicate accounts may be voided.

3.3  Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), 88lucky.ph is required to verify the identity of all registered players. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification when requested, including but not limited to:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Philippine Passport

• Voter's ID or any other PAGCOR-accepted government-issued identification

3.4  You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and at any point thereafter is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information, including false date of birth for the purpose of circumventing the 21+ age requirement, constitutes grounds for immediate permanent account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

3.5  88lucky.ph may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an account for any applicant without providing a reason.

4.1  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 88lucky.ph account credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes.

4.2  You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activities conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — are your sole responsibility.

4.3  88lucky.ph will never request your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, SMS, Messenger, or Viber. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 88lucky.ph support immediately.

4.4  If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 88lucky.ph support immediately. We recommend changing your password immediately and enabling Two-Factor Authentication if not already active.

4.5  88lucky.ph employs SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption on all data transmissions. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet and are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate password security.

5.1  Currency: All transactions on 88lucky.ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit is ₱100 via GCash or Maya. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method.

5.2  Accepted Payment Methods: 88lucky.ph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet, and USDT (cryptocurrency). Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice.

5.3  Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically and operationally feasible;
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours during standard operating hours;
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day;
• 88lucky.ph reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal.

5.4  Funds Ownership: Funds deposited into your 88lucky.ph account must be legitimately owned by you. You may not deposit funds on behalf of a third party. 88lucky.ph is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances.

5.5  Anti-Money Laundering: 88lucky.ph is required to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines. We reserve the right to report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities as required by law. Depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity constitutes money laundering and will result in account termination and reporting to the AMLC.

5.6  88lucky.ph does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which 88lucky.ph bears no responsibility.

6.1  88lucky.ph may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, reload offers, referral rewards, or other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") to eligible players. All Bonuses are subject to these Terms and any specific terms communicated in the promotional materials for each offer.

6.2  Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover requirements") before the bonus amount and any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly specified in the individual promotion details.

6.3  Bonus Abuse: Any Player found to be abusing Bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a first-deposit bonus more than once, using Bonus funds solely for arbitrage purposes, or systematically exploiting promotion loopholes — will have their Bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be suspended.

6.4  Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value outside of the platform unless wagering requirements have been fully completed.

6.5  88lucky.ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

6.6  VIP Loyalty Program: Details of the 88lucky.ph VIP Loyalty Program, including tier qualification criteria and associated rewards, are subject to periodic review and amendment at the sole discretion of 88lucky.ph.

7.1  All bets placed on 88lucky.ph are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed after confirmation, except in circumstances where 88lucky.ph has made a manifest error.

7.2  Manifest Errors: If a game result, odds, payout, or any other feature of a wager is displayed incorrectly due to a technical or human error ("Manifest Error"), 88lucky.ph reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's account balance. This applies regardless of whether the bet was settled in the Player's favor.

7.3  Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or the platform that results in an incorrect game outcome, 88lucky.ph may void the affected round or session. Winnings derived from technical malfunctions will not be honored.

7.4  In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, the platform server logs shall be the definitive record of game activity. 88lucky.ph's decisions on disputed game outcomes are final, subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

7.5  Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game, game category, and player tier. Current limits are displayed within each game's interface. 88lucky.ph reserves the right to modify bet limits without prior notice.

8.1  The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88lucky.ph platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Attempting to access the platform if you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity contrary to Philippine law;
• Using any form of automation, software bot, artificial intelligence, exploit, or unfair advantage to gain an edge over other players or the platform;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform or its underlying systems;
• Creating or operating duplicate accounts;
• Allowing or facilitating minors under 21 to access the platform using your account;
• Systematically abusing Bonus offers as described in Section 6.3.

8.2  88lucky.ph reserves the right to investigate all accounts for any of the above activities and to take appropriate action, including freezing account funds during investigation without prior notice.

9.1  All content on the 88lucky.ph platform, including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and data compilations, is the property of 88lucky.ph or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

9.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

9.3  You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit, or commercially exploit any content from the 88lucky.ph platform without prior written consent from 88lucky.ph.

10.1  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88lucky.ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming credits, regardless of cause.

10.2  88lucky.ph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occur at any time.

10.3  The maximum liability of 88lucky.ph to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4  Gambling involves financial risk, and past game results do not guarantee future outcomes. 88lucky.ph is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of wagering on the platform.

11.1  88lucky.ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming as a condition of its PAGCOR license and as a reflection of its obligations to Filipino players. Gambling is intended as entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

11.2  Player-Initiated Safeguards: Registered players may access the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings at any time:

• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play;

If you suspect a minor has accessed or is attempting to access the platform, please notify us immediately.

12.1  88lucky.ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Chargebacks initiated in bad faith;
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified period.

12.2  Voluntary Account Closure: You may request the closure of your 88lucky.ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete rollover) will be refunded to your registered payment method after identity verification, subject to a reasonable processing period.

12.3  Upon account termination for cause, 88lucky.ph reserves the right to withhold all funds in the account pending investigation. If the investigation reveals a breach of these Terms, the funds may be forfeited and, where applicable, reported to relevant authorities.

13.1  The collection, processing, storage, and protection of your personal data by 88lucky.ph is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of this agreement.

13.2  By registering for an 88lucky.ph account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.

13.3  88lucky.ph may be required to share your personal information with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other Philippine regulatory bodies as required by applicable law, without further notice to you.

14.1  These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2  Regulatory Complaints: Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately resolved by 88lucky.ph may escalate the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through PAGCOR's official complaint resolution channels. 88lucky.ph is bound by PAGCOR's adjudication on regulatory matters.

14.3  Internal Dispute Resolution: Before escalating any dispute to PAGCOR or any court, you agree to first submit your complaint to 88lucky.ph's customer support team and allow a reasonable period of not less than fifteen (15) business days for the matter to be investigated and responded to.

14.4  Any legal action arising from or relating to these Terms that is not resolved through the above channels shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.1  88lucky.ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect from the date they are published on the platform. The "Last Reviewed" date in the header of this document will reflect the most recent update.

15.2  For material changes to these Terms, 88lucky.ph will endeavor to provide advance notice to registered players via their registered mobile number or account notification system, where practicable. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

15.3  Your continued use of the 88lucky.ph platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.
